"Let Down"
I placed my order on a Wednesday, and their site claimed that orders made on that day would be shipped out the next day. But here I am, still waiting. I’ve reached out to ask when I might get it, but no one’s bothered to reply. This is my second time ordering from them; the first was back in mid-May, when they promised it would be sent out by early June. That never happened, and every time I followed up, I was told it’d be ready ‘next week’. Eventually, I just cancelled it, but it seemed like they finally started shipping in July.
It’s really disappointing because I believe it’s a solid concept, but they don’t seem prepared to roll it out, with too many missed delivery promises and zero communication when issues arise.

"First Time Trying This Since the Relaunch..."
